In our experience clients prefer telephone coaching at an allocated date and time so that they can ensure they are in a relaxed and confidential environment to receive the most from the coaching sessions.

To achieve the most from their sessions, we ask our clients to;

- make sure that they can talk openly, confidentially and ensure that they will not be disturbed

- have their diary available to arrange their next appointment

- write down during their sessions key thoughts, insights and actions

Telephone coaching is much less costly and more effective than face to face coaching because there is not travel time or fees involved for either the client or the coach.

Success at Work Coaching will treat all information that we discuss in strictest confidence (subject to any requirements placed on us by law).

Success at Work Coaching does not offer any form of counselling as this is a specialist area of expertise.
